THRIVE is designed for women with ADHD who are navigating work, leadership, business, caregiving, goals, and daily responsibilities while learning how their brain actually works.
Through monthly themes, live group coaching, practical tools, community support, and access to the THRIVE archive, you’ll build structure and self-trust around the life you are already living.
This is not about becoming a completely different person. It is about growing with more clarity, support, and consistency.

Having faced the challenges of ADHD myself, I created THRIVE to provide the support I needed as a woman navigating its complexities. Many women with ADHD often feel they’re falling behind, struggling with organization, time management, and emotional regulation.
Through my journey, I discovered strategies to turn ADHD into a strength, and I became passionate about helping others do the same. THRIVE offers the tools, community, and resources women need to thrive in their careers and personal lives.
This program is built on years of research and personal experience. I believe that with the right support, we can transform ADHD’s challenges into opportunities for growth and success

What’s Included:

You’ll have access to live group coaching sessions where we work through real-life challenges related to ADHD, work, business, leadership, family responsibilities, and follow-through.
This is not just information. It is a space to ask questions, get coached, hear how other women are navigating similar challenges, and leave with practical next steps.

Each month focuses on a specific area of development, so you are not trying to fix everything at once. The themes are designed to help you build skills over time while staying connected to your personal and professional goals.

THRIVE includes regular opportunities to clarify your goals, track your progress, reflect on what is working, and adjust your plan when life changes.
The goal is not perfection. The goal is learning how to keep coming back to what matters with more support and less self-blame.

You’ll receive access to the THRIVE platform, where you can find resources, worksheets, replays, tools, and lessons that support each monthly theme.
This gives you a place to return to when you need support between live sessions.

You’ll be part of a community of women with ADHD who are also navigating work, business, leadership, parenting, school, or major life responsibilities.
This gives you a place to be understood without having to over-explain your brain.

Each month includes ADHD-friendly tools designed to help you apply what you are learning. These may include reflection worksheets, planning tools, scripts, checklists, self-assessments, and goal-setting resources.

If you cannot attend live, you can watch the session replays and still use the tools and prompts to apply the work on your own schedule.
ADHD is not a character flaw, and needing support does not mean you are failing.
THRIVE is built from the belief that women with ADHD deserve spaces where their experiences are understood without being pathologized. We talk honestly about challenges, but we also talk about what is normal, what is expected, what can be supported, and what strengths are already present.
The goal is not to make you dependent on coaching.
The goal is to help you understand yourself more clearly and build tools you can actually use.

Meghan was gracious and she listened to everything I said, offering tailored suggestions. She was very clear about wanting to understand what I want/needed most out of our time and prioritized managing the session’s time to get the most out of it (I LOVED THAT).
- Blair

I want to thank you Meghan, because the last meeting that we had, I felt like you gave me a sense of agency.
- Courtney

Meghan is the BESTEST. Working with Meghan this school year improved my overall zest for full-time teaching. Meghan is very easy to talk to and is a fantastic listener. She has an unmatched ability to synthesize all my tangent thoughts and then gather me and do so with care.

“Meghan combines empathy with strategy. She tied every real-life challenge back to how ADHD shows up in my brain, reframed my negative thoughts, and gave me concrete tools I still use daily.”
- Nat

“Having a new ADHD diagnosis and a high-demand job left me overwhelmed. Meghan helped me understand how my brain works, build organization systems, and advocate for myself. I left our sessions more confident and equipped to lead my own business.”
- Vik

“I learned that I wanted to be in a position that let me use my strengths. Coaching helped me realize what I actually wanted to do and gave me the confidence to go after it.”
- Sarah

No. You are encouraged to attend live when you can, because the live coaching space gives you a chance to ask questions, get support, and learn from other women navigating similar challenges.
But life happens. If you cannot attend live, you will still have access to the platform, resources, worksheets, and available replays so you can stay connected to the work on your own schedule.
THRIVE is designed to support consistency, not perfection.
No. THRIVE is not therapy, and it is not a replacement for mental health treatment.
THRIVE is a coaching and education-based community focused on ADHD, executive functioning, work, goals, self-advocacy, productivity, and practical support. We may talk about emotions, stress, shame, burnout, and patterns that impact your work and life, but the focus is on awareness, strategy, reflection, and action.
If you need clinical mental health support, diagnosis, treatment, or crisis care, therapy or another appropriate clinical provider may be a better fit alongside or before coaching.
You are welcome here.
Many women come to ADHD support in different ways. Some have a formal diagnosis. Some are newly diagnosed. Some are self-identified, exploring the possibility of ADHD, or beginning to recognize ADHD patterns after a child, partner, sibling, or parent receives a diagnosis.
You do not need to have everything figured out before joining THRIVE.
This space is designed to help you better understand your executive function patterns, build language for what you need, and create support systems that fit your brain, work, life, and responsibilities.
THRIVE does not provide diagnosis or clinical treatment, but it can support you as you learn more about how ADHD traits may be showing up in your daily life and what strategies may help.
You still belong in THRIVE.
When I say “work,” I mean the real work of your life. That may include running a business, managing clients, building offers, leading a team, parenting, going to school, caring for family, working a traditional job, or trying to balance several roles at once.
THRIVE is designed for women with ADHD who want support with follow-through, planning, decision-making, communication, boundaries, consistency, and goals — whether you work for an employer, work for yourself, or are building something new.
Yes, you may be able to join after June if spots are still available.
The June enrollment special is designed for people who want access from June through December and want to take advantage of the pay-in-full offer: 7 months of access for the price of 6.
After June, you may still be able to join THRIVE at the monthly rate, but the June pay-in-full special may no longer be available.
At the end of December, you will have the opportunity to decide what kind of support you want next.
You may choose to continue in THRIVE if ongoing membership is available, move into 1:1 coaching, join a future group or intensive, or take what you have learned and continue applying it on your own.
December will also include reflection and planning, so you can look back at what you learned, identify what changed, and decide what support would be most helpful for your next season.
That is an option.
THRIVE is a group coaching and community-based experience. It is a great fit if you want structure, accountability, practical tools, and support alongside other women with ADHD.
If you want more individualized support, private coaching may be a better fit. 1:1 coaching gives us more space to focus on your specific work situation, goals, executive function patterns, accommodations, business needs, leadership challenges, or personal responsibilities.
You can also combine THRIVE with 1:1 coaching if you want both community support and private strategy.
For a more focused short-term reset, you can also explore the 3-Month Reset, which is designed for people who want a more structured coaching container with deeper support over a shorter period of time.
