Terms and Conditions Effective Date: July 7, 2025

Acceptance of Terms By purchasing any ADHD at Work services, including the THRIVE Coaching Program or any promotional offers, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

  1. Membership Pricing & Access 1.1. The THRIVE Coaching Program is now a single-tier monthly membership priced at $197/month. 1.2. Membership includes access to all currently available and newly developed program content, courses, recordings, toolkits, and live group sessions. 1.3. Members who joined under previous tiered or pre-sale pricing will retain those rates for the duration of their original agreement.

  2. One-on-One Coaching Offers 2.1. Clients who purchase 4 or more one-on-one coaching sessions will receive 30 days of complimentary access to the THRIVE Program. 2.2. After the complimentary access ends, continued access will renew at the standard rate of $197/month unless canceled prior to renewal. 2.3. All members, regardless of how they enter the program, are subject to the same cancellation and refund policies outlined below.

  3. Cancellation Policy 3.1. Members may cancel their subscription at any time by emailing [email protected]. Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the next billing cycle to avoid being charged. 3.2. Access to the THRIVE Program will remain active until the end of the current billing period following cancellation. 3.3. There are no prorated refunds for partial months.

  4. Refund Policy 4.1. Due to the nature of digital content and coaching services, all sales are final. 4.2. This reflects our long-standing policy: just like a gym membership, your payment provides access through the end of your billing period. No refunds will be issued, even if the content is not used.

  5. Coaching vs. Therapy 5.1. ADHD coaching is not therapy. 5.2. Participation in the THRIVE Coaching Program or any one-on-one coaching is not a substitute for clinical mental health treatment or medical care.

  6. Program Conduct and Boundaries 6.1. This is a pitch-free and respectful community. Solicitation, promotion, or private messaging of other members for business purposes is not allowed. 6.2. Participation is limited to individuals aged 18 and over. 6.3. Members are expected to maintain professionalism, uphold privacy, and follow all posted community guidelines.

  7. Intellectual Property 7.1. All program content, including videos, workbooks, recordings, and session materials, is owned by ADHD at Work and protected by copyright. 7.2. Your membership grants you a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. Sharing, reproducing, or distributing content outside the program is prohibited. 7.3. Unauthorized use of content may result in legal action and termination of access.

  8. Audio/Video Recordings and Consent 8.1. Group sessions and other live events may be recorded for training, promotional, or content purposes. 8.2. By participating, you grant ADHD at Work consent to record and use your image, voice, and contributions unless otherwise agreed in writing. 8.3. You may request not to be featured in published materials by contacting [email protected].

  9. Program Access and Login Security 9.1. Your access to member materials is valid only for the duration of your subscription. 9.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 9.3. Do not share your account with others. Misuse may result in termination.

  10. Live Events and Risk Acknowledgment 10.1. If attending live or in-person events, you agree to follow all safety protocols and conduct guidelines. 10.2. ADHD at Work is not responsible for personal property loss or medical events during live events.

  11. Workshops, Masterclasses, and Special Events 11.1. THRIVE members receive free access to select workshops, webinars, and masterclasses as part of their membership. Access details will be posted in the member portal or sent via email. 11.2. ADHD at Work may also host public, paid workshops with terms clearly outlined at the time of registration. 11.3. Some workshops may include optional upsells or bonuses. Participation does not obligate further purchase. 11.4. Replay access, if offered, is available for a limited time unless otherwise specified.

  12. Modifications 12.1. ADHD at Work reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.

  13. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia.
